The room was good-sized and clean; bathroom and shower were also good.
There were a number of creepy people in and around the parking lot.

Good enough hotel. Parking and in-out are difficult because the hotel is close to the intersection of two major streets and traffic backs up in front of the hotel driveway. The pool was being used by a rather large extended family with pizza and beer being served right in the Jacuzzi. ...read more

The deluxe continental breakfast wasn't even close.

Overall, a very nice room with a great bed. Very nice staff. The deluxe continental breakfast was a basic continental breakfast at best. There is no shuttle despite one being listed in the hotel amenities. ...read more

The room was clean that is about all it stunk and had no hot water.
No hot water and it stunk like cigarettes.

I would not recommend to a family as it is right next door to a night club.

Staff except the people at front desk each one was very friendly

We were there for a funeral and one thing I did not want to worry about was the hotel room, but everything went smooth and I and my family were very happy with the hotel.

Rooms were big, beds were really big.
Lobby and hallways were not nearly as nice as the rooms themselves.

Terrific rooms; spacious and huge beds. Lobby and site were just ok. Staff was fine.

Our room was not ready at check in and they upgraded us to a mini suite.
The location was not very safe. Bad Neighborhood. Somewhat scary.

The hotel was fine but they were not very generous with things like towels and other amenities. The breakfast items were not very good and they were out of things quite often. What good is a waffle without syrup. The location was terrible. East LA is not exactly Disneyland! ...read more
